At HJ Hall, we believe everyone should be able to shop with us easily, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We're committed to making hj.co.uk as accessible as possible for all our customers.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 to Level AA. As we continue to develop and refine the site, we consider ourselves partially to fully compliant with this standard. We're actively working to close any remaining gaps after go-live.

Known limitations

We're still in the process of auditing and improving some areas of the site. If you encounter anything that feels difficult to use or isn't working as you'd expect, we'd genuinely like to know.
