In order to fulfil online orders, we’re following UK government guidelines. Delivery

We usually dispatch all orders on the next working day. However, some orders might take an additional 48 hours to be dispatched.

We are not aware of any current issues or restrictions with our couriers but will update our information if that situation changes. Royal Mail are currently struggling to meet the demand on their services, and so Royal Mail standard deliveries are taking longer than usual to be delivered.


Returns - Refunds & Exchanges

If you have an item you want to return for an exchange or refund, please contact us first and we will discuss with you the best way to do this.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

EU Customers

EU

Due to the issues and complications within the new trade agreement between the UK and the EU, we are currently not accepting orders for delivery into the EU. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause to our loyal customers within the EU. We are working to resume our ability to ship to the EU, but this may take a while.
